Rental policies
A half-month rental would cost 70% the monthly rate while a three week rental would cost 90% of the monthly rate. We require 20% booking / security deposit, minimum $1000, paid by credit card, reimbursed only within a week of departure. The stay is payable upon occupancy by Cash, Credit Card, or bank wire. The minimum rental period during high season is 10 days. A $1000 extra will be charged for the nights of Christmas Eve and the night of New Years Eve, irrespective of the length of stay.
