BOOKING CONDITIONS
We require 20% booking / security deposit, minimum $1000, paid by credit card, reimbursed only within a week of departure. The stay is payable upon occupancy by Cash, Credit Card, or bank wire. The minimum rental period during high season is one week. A $1000 extra will be charged for the night of Christmas Eve and the night of New Years Eve, irrespective of the length of stay. For over ten guests there will be a charge of us$100/person per night.
